Production Equipment and Technology

The maximum width of the aluminum coils processed by this roller coating process can reach 2350mm, and the maximum thickness of the coating can reach 2.5mm. Some production lines can operate non-stop for 24 hours, with a daily processing capacity of 400-500 tons.
②Coating Process: After pre-treatment steps such as degreasing, cleaning, and passivation treatment, the roller coating operation is carried out. For high-performance PVDF coated color-coated aluminum coils, they are processed through precise roller coating and baking processes, ensuring a durability of over 20 years.

① Aluminum substrate: Our factory selects products from well-known aluminum manufacturers as the substrate, such as Southwest Aluminum, Nanshan Aluminum, and China Aluminum, to ensure the stability of the chemical composition of the substrate and good surface quality, providing a guarantee for the subsequent coating adhesion and the overall performance of the product.
